Montse Baiges

She was born in Reus to a clearly musically talented family. She began studying music and dance at an early age. She completed her Professional Piano Degree and a University degree in Teaching.

She completed the courses from the School of Musical Pedagogy, Ireneu Segarra method. At the same time, she was part of the Group of Havaneres Mestral in Cambrils and of the Neoclassical Dance Group in the Centre de Lectura of Reus. Later on she joined the URV Choir in Tarragona.

By profession she is a schoolteacher, with music as her expertise.

She currently teaches at the Escola Dr. Alberich i Casas in Reus, where she also conducts two choirs groups, and is completing the 5^th year of Vocal Performance at the Conservatori of Vila-seca.
