Núria Batet

Born in Torredembarra, she is a teacher at the Municipal School of Music in her hometown. Her specialties are Musical Language, Choral Singing, and Piano.

She studied music at the Tarragona Conservatory and earned the Advanced Diploma in Solfège from the Liceu Conservatory. She studied Singing with Maria Teresa Català at the Tarragona Conservatory and with Natàlia Casasús at the Pau Casals Music School in El Vendrell.

She has always been involved in the choral world and has served as director of the Jove Cor de Tarragona, the Societat Coral L’Àncora, and the Coral Santa Rosalia. She has been a singer in the Cor Ciutat de Tarragona since 1997 and a member of the Scherzo Female Chamber Choir since 2013.

She is also connected to various cultural organizations in Torredembarra and plays the gralla with the group Els Quatre Garrofers from Tarragona.
